Personal terms with him and Choudhury have been agreed for a while, just a case of waiting for both clubs to agree their release as they are hopeful of permanent better offers coming in, however both players have said that they prefer BDTBL
I might be wrong, but both clubs might look at our situation and think if we hold off a little bit they might end up signing them both from us permanently in frustration.

They’ve recently been taken over, the owners have publicly said they want to back Wilder in the window & he wants our players. Why not push them and get the wages off our backs for good.

That could be a load of hypothetical nonsense I’ve made up too mind! 😂

I’ve always said the same, things change, doesn’t mean the ITK info was made up.

Wilder could post ITK info on here and he’d get things wrong.

The people who said it was completely done were making things up though, seeing as how it isn't.

Wait and see on the second one.
I've just sacked my source on the third.
I've been told I'm a half-listening old twunt. by my Poku source. Apparently, he was being monitored, then lined up for a bid if JRS was recalled by Palace for sale in January, before he was injured. I either misheard this, or forgot and merged it with the other information, or I'm just an addled old goat. Apologies.

Here's where this all falls down.

Southampton and Leicester have until Jan 31st to find 'permanent better offers'.

We don't have that luxury. There is no way that Wilder, Bettis and co are going to sit around and wait with it all 'agreed', for it to drag on for another 3 weeks.

Even if it were true in principle, we will have an internal deadline by which we will move on to other targets.

I think that's the point.

Choudhury and BBD will have no shortage of suitors for a straight loan deal. Leicester and Southampton have no great reason to rush a loan deal through to us when the potential benefits to keeping hold are: a) squad coverage for their next 5 fixtures, b) receipt of a permanent offer.

I don't think we will move on to other targets as you say though. Wilder will wait for them until the final few days and if it falls through, we'll scramble for a back-up.

A few people fail to realise this.

If your Mother, Father, Wife or Husband tells you something that doesn’t materialise, it doesn’t all of a sudden make them a bullshitter.
I am lucky here because my parents never lied to me and father christmas delivered my presents again this year for the 50+ time

Will those other clubs be able to match our offer in terms of a loan fee and wages paid? I doubt may, if any will.

I’d be shocked if we haven’t got other players shorted listed. I’d bet we’ve even enquired about alternatives as well.

We'll definitely have back-up options.
I just don't think we'll move onto them until the final few days.

Nonsense.

Thanks for your input, Mr. Wilder.
Glad that's been cleared up.

You better hope they are still available...

This thought process is not befitting of a championship club who not only are desperately short of squad depth but also fighting for automatic places.

You seriously think we are going to play another 3, possibly 4 games with our fingers and toes crossed hoping nobody comes in for our number 1 targets.

Sky are claiming that us, Blackburn and Sunderland are in for him. Saints want a loan to buy if promoted which only Sunderland will agree too.
