He’s not, and given they’ve not corrected it then you can only assume it was put in to cause your exact type or reaction.
I struggle to believe JS wouldn’t have a list of our contracts end dates and wouldn’t even Google it when stating a first team player is out of contract. There’s no way that wouldn’t have jarred and make you double check.

Baldock is way down on my list of players I'd be alright with leaving.

One of my favourite players of the Wilder era. Just not good enough at going forward and now we rely heavily on fullbacks (especially going forward) I wouldn’t mind if he went for a decent fee and have Bogle play right back. Only problem is if Seriki does go out on loan we’d have to bring another in for cover (unless this is the reason he hasn’t gone yet?).

If baldock goes seriki has to come back. Only reason to sell him is to release funds to strengthen elsewhere which is negated if we have to recruit to replace him.

Cancel Seriki loan (maybe Bash as RB also?) and start Bogle. Baldock although a modern great and awesome defender he is a incredibly predictable player in build up where with Slav in charge we will need more players with technical ability and confidence. If his departure could mean we bring in the much needed midfielders and CB without selling Ramsdale etc. I would accept a healthy offer.

Maybe, but how many others are replaceable, have suitors and would command a fee? I would argue Baldock is the only one who ticks all these boxes so that puts him near the top of my list.
