I think everyone pulling in the same direction. From the fans to the board to the manager & team coupled with abit of forward thinking yields better results than spending loads of dosh on expensive has beens & loans.

..and this is the time we need to produce one of those mind-boggling aquisitions to give the fans some hope for next year. It ain't going to happen. More boring, unexciting players to fit the Blackwell dogged game plan.
