It's a fair point Mike, but I think that wilder returning for his first time was always going to bring up conversation on Wilder more than Hecky. We're all fully behind the new management team, even those like me who were skeptical of the appointment. They've had a great start and the fans can see the difference even in the first few weeks.

I think it'll be an excellent atmosphere on Saturday. There'll be a bit of a thank you to Chris at the start no doubt, but I think even the most ardent Wilder backers (I'd include myself in that) are ready to get fully behind Hecky, McCall and Lester.

I hope Wilder gets a voiceferous thank you at the start, and then we show him what he's missing and absolutely steamroller Boro

Wilder has a job to do in his current role. Just like Warnock when he was at Palace and others. I see him as any opposing manager, couldn't care less and if we get the win I won't be celebrating more than beating the pigs.
