Adkins' sarcastic applause

I heard the boos at the end of the match towards the exit ramp just after full time. I do not think that it is necessarily wrong for fans to show their displeasure at a poor performance from players or the manager. Rather than making sarcastic gestures, the recipients should take it at face value and learn from the feedback on the mistakes made. This should make them aware that they are not always right. If the feedback is ignored, they do so at their own peril.

If you want a good example, ask the fans why Nigel Clough was sacked. He continually ignored complaints of repeatedly picking his favourite disciples, despite them under-performing week in week out, not picking a tall centre half, not playing our joint top scorer enough when all and sundry were trying to tell him etc.

Norwich Citys Seb Bassong said after their heartbreaking 5-4 loss to Liverpool `When shit happens, real men deal with it`, he ought to come on here

We seem short of a few.

how do you clap sarcastically
how does it differ from clapping thankfully
how do you hold your fingers
