when ever a team plays us they always struggle and perform poorly, it’s usually a contender for their worse performance of the season
The opposition managers tend to face calls for the sack because they looked so poor against us.

Then immediately after playing us....they play well again and get decent results.......what a coincedence?

Just means we've been drawing or losing at half time a lot between 2014 and 2016.

It is true. In league games we haven't lost after being in front at halftime since 2014. As PeterNdlovu081 pointed out elsewhere though, we did concede a lead to Swindon in the play off semi under Clough.

I was surprised to see that we led at half time in 15 games under Adkins, going on to win 13 of those. Leading at half time under the Delusional One wasn't a problem, it was turning things round when we weren't winning.

That’s an amazing level of consistency to always be in the game competing for a result in every single minute of every match for over a year. Not even Liverpool or Man City can match that.

There’s only 3 out of the top 10 we haven’t played and one of them is us!

That’s an amazing level of consistency to always be in the game competing for a result in every single minute of every match for over a year. Not even Liverpool or Man City can match that.

Agreed. It's not just league games either: you can add four cup games (Hull and Barnet last season, Blackburn and Sunderland this) to the list. To be fair to Liverpool, they've not lost a league game by more than a goal since Spurs beat them 4-1 in October 2017 (two years ago!) but they've had 5 bigger defeats in Europe in the intervening period (4-2 at Roma, 3-1 v Real Madrid, 2-0 at Red Star, 3-0 at Barcelona, 2-0 at Napoli - not a bad set of sides!).

Another incredible fact - we've not lost a home league game by more than one goal since Fleetwood's 2-0 win at the Lane in January 2017.

It's actually worse than I thought. Had a quick look and we failed to score in the first half in 11 of our first 13 home games that season. (14/15)

Negativity, lack of courage and lack of creativity epitomised. I've lost count of the amount of times we have started like a train under Wilder and grabbed an early goal, home and away.
