Match thread for our pre-season trip to deepest Derbyshire...

I would like to recommend a trip to the National Tram Museum at Crich, only 5 miles from Alfreton, a top way to spend the afternoon before the match.

Lots of trolley buses and trams to ride on and I got to ring the bell last time as well.

1 - 0 Alfreton here at half time. Blades playing fairly well. Alfreton goal came on the break after the Blades hit the bar and Town scrambled the ball off the line.

Trialist Oakes is playing on the right wing, trying to get involved and impress, putting plenty of running in.

Tonne and Philliskirk are the most active, the former having plenty of efforts on goal from the edge of the box.
