Nothing against pink as a colour, I own a couple of pink tops myself.
What I can't get over is the nickname that flys back and forth in this city and how anyone at United could sign this off.

Let’s be honest red and white is a bit of a rasher of bacon.. more than blue and white at any rate. Imagine if our home shirt had been white and then this season we had a red and white stripe away shirt!! So it’s all relative. FYI I absolutely love it. Reminds me of the champion jersey of the tour D’Italia cycling race. I will definitely be buying this and I haven’t bought a shirt on 3 years. Love it. My builder son wants one and my two daughters do. We are all going to oink in them together.

Heard about certain posters that like writing letters to the EFL etc, didn’t think there was any need for that. Then I had a few words with my Adidas mate, if you don‘t believe me I aint that bothered, but it is true it was my suggestion. Wouldn’t have done it if it wasn’t for the letter writing sneaks.

I think you might be overestimating your mate's influence at billion dollar sportswear company Adidas, pal. Try making friends with somebody at Elev8 (do they have employees?) and suggesting to them that they make a kit that isn't Sunday League standard.
