That would be my plan. Roll it back to when we were decent and had our own identity.

By all accounts Zatterstrom can get forward and Tanganga can. They can be my new Basham and O’Connell. Mee the steadying organiser in between.

Hamer’s my upfield player maker like Duffy. Davies is my Coutts seeing things before they happen and Soumaré in the absence of Arblaster is going to stretch his legs and go box to box.

Ings is my clever Billy Sharp poacher and Campbell my alternative to Didzy.

Attack the league like it’s 2017 and we’ve just beaten Burton to go top! But without Davies getting injured like Coutts!

In the words of Kevin Keegan, I’d love it, love it if the overlapping centre backs returned and helped us charge up the league!

Will be disappointed if after the international break nothing has really changed in terms of our style.

I hope that's not the extent of it, we have less quality than last year, but certainly players are good enough to not be bottom of the league.
