Fucking hell, do they know they are in League One?

I am planning on going to some away games this season, already been to Bolton once before, not great fun and got stuck in the car park for ages.
This was always going to be a no from me, but my goodness the tickets are pricey enough.

1st August for general release. 2000 Tickets via the Loyalty Points system. Not sure how many will make it to general release. Mind you, at £30 for L1 game maybe there'll be loads ;)

There was similar talk of boycotts, and not going on principal for the cup game at Old Trafford last season, and we sold out easily.

Some will be getting the excuse in early, some a genuine reason for not paying it, but I hope we fill that away end, and make a wall of noise for Tuftys boys.

I live overseas so only get to see a hand full of games each year. This was going to be one of the few this season. At £30 and via the 'general release' sales I'm not so sure...

Was going im not now, because they pissed millions away they takin it out on the everyday fan,?!........would love to see if "lesser"teams are charged, sorry robbed same??

Exactly what I was going to put.

They're exploiting us because they expect that we'll turn up in numbers regardless. Well no chance. This is an utter disgrace and I hope we send them a clear message by not accepting this crap.

They can't charge more than they charge Home supporters in an equivalent seat.

I've checked and these are their Category A prices for home supporters.

The most we'll charge them to come to our place is £23 I think.

They aren't likely to get big away followings or much walk-up at those levels unless they do a lot of promotions.

I'm not bothered RS and shoutbox for me that day.

I will be attending the game hopefully if we can get tickets (me and the missus have just over 10,000 points each) with it been the first match of the season and I expect us to have a very good turn out no matter what. I agree the price is absolutely ridiculous but we will pay it. There is 4 of us that go to the matches from one family so that's 120 quid for a day out plus petrol and bits and bats like drinks and stuff so probably looking at more like 130 quid for a day out. I can't see them charging the lesser clubs that price because they know they won't go, where as with us they know we have a good away following and they know we will turn out in numbers no matter what the price for the first game of the season. Let's just hope we give them a good pasting and we can cheer the new lads on so they know what it is like to be wearing that shirt and make them know they made the right decision coming to us.

i was gonna go to this with my mate been planning to go to bolton away since end of last season but might not be able to now given that its £23 for me and £30 for my mate and we have to pay for travel as well outrageous that their still using championship prices

Went to many games in my late teens and early twenties pretending to be under 16. Now I'm 62 I have to pretend I'm 65!
Reminds me of Bradford away in the 80s. 4 stocky blades easily in there 40s declaring "juvenile" at the turnstile (I was right behind them). They all paid the reduced price including the bearded last one!
