He needed to pay £38million to buy the club as he didn’t have the funds. He’s used the clubs cash to buy its own assets from KM.The assets belong to the club.

RE: Wilders severance. How long until some knucklescraper on twitter actually uses the reported profit as a stick to beat PA with?
I've found the exact thing you were looking for
He owns the club so it’s his cash to do what he wants with.He needed to pay £38million to buy the club as he didn’t have the funds. He’s used the clubs cash to buy its own assets from KM.

Could be because the club are £m’s down on cash this season due to Covid so are prioritising where the cash is spent. Why was the training ground delayed then?

I'm genuinely confused to why people think this is out of order. The last owner seperated the club and it's assets. The current owner has used the clubs money to buy those assets back........for the club.
People talk like he's used the clubs money to buy the ground and then turned into a house for himself.
I think its right the assets be owned by the club and to be honest, fair fucks to the prince. Hes had a dream tbh.
But, the way it happened meant he got the club for a relative song, and then got to massively increase the value of his asset too using money from said club. So he now owns a very valuable package, the value of which will go entirely to him if he sold , but did it using money he basically had nowt to do with. So its not just for the club, its increased his asset exponentially.
I think there is a feeling he couldnt have actually financed it another way/ personally and traditionally takeover would have made the incoming party buy the club as a whole including assets when coming in.
They should never have been seperate in the first place i agree. And to be honest/ fair, he made sure that a very large chunk of the clubs money was made available to the first team.
I don't think anyone could have predicted the path we were on when those agreements were made.
He struck very lucky with the timing for sure, and he's using what's available to make it work.

He did get lucky that he won sole ownership just as we reached the Premier League but you can't knock him for that. He's used the money earnt by the club to make the club stronger. We know he's relatively skint but for me so far he's using the finances he and we have in a sensible way. We are coming down without a disastrous wage bill and the club now owns Bramall Lane.
I can see why people don't think he's the man to take us forward as it seems clear he doesn't have the money for us to compete. What I can't understand is people criticising him for using the clubs money to buy things that help the club and trying to make our that becoming sole owner just as we reached The Premier League was some sort of evil masterplan. (Not saying you are by the way)
You could argue the ground issue and even the damage done by the court case itself is solely down to McCabe and PA is doing his best to bring some stability to the club but time will tell on that.

Given the financial regulations in the Championship, is it fair to say Princey’s (in)ability to bankroll us is less of an issue now than in attempting to establish us in the prem?

because in the current climate you would have to be a mug to start building new facilities, theres also the proposed taking on of Woodbourn stadium for part of the academy if i was them would look for land in that area ( possibly near parkway) and look to do a deal with SCC for a partial land swap and have shirecliffe as a site for affordable new housingWhy was the training ground delayed then?
