That's it then. Just rolled over to assign ourselves another season in League One.

It's not exactly news though. It has been so obvious we wouldn't make the play offs for months and months. A few decent results were there to be seen for what they were, a very small minority of acceptable performances amongst a vast majority of utterly useless ones.

The only good thing is that I'm so happy Adkins doesn't have any hint whatsoever of an excuse not to get rid of nearly every single player out of contract now. That's if Sunjihi's wrong for the first time ever which I'm really hoping he isn't.

Next season it'll be the "transition" season allowing new squad players to bed in. It's an absolutely perfect ready made excuse. Season after that, if we haven't already, we'll all realise we've signed another batch of Hammond's, Sammon's and Woolford's and that'll be that season over with.

And this is assuming we haven't been relegated in the process for forcing in a stream of youngsters that aren't even ready to make up "50% of the team" with this ridiculous "pathway for youth" line that Adkins and McCabe are so obsessed and deluded about.

It really is a joke this club.

I thought you was done with United after you sold your season ticket after the Millwall match, or was it the Colchester match. I can't remember and I don't think you can either.......
