... the manager we have, with some of the talent available to us, with the transfer fees and wages spent on the first team, with the numbers that turn up to watch us play each week, and with the academy at the foundations of the club... it is astonishing that we're so utterly dogshit and put in a half of football like the first half today.

We have some excellent players injured, but that doesn't excuse the lack of pace through the club, the joke of a defence and the lack of presence in central midfield.

We still need to fix the spine - central midfield and centre half as a minimum.
