Very odd for Adkins to comment, I'd suggest his words either are suggesting the player needs to be more realistic in his demands, or the fans need to understand this deal is costing money even if it's not a huge transfer fee.

It all depends how much he wants it , and how much we want it . If a common ground can be reached , on pure football terms and finances , it will be resolved.
