Will's loan ends at the end of the season with MK. If they can't afford to sign him permantley, would you have him?

Personally I think he'd do a job in either league.

Another thing, if we don't go up an Clough goes, would you have Paul Cook?

As long as he came with Johnny Steve and Glen.

I love your posts, they all have a negative slant towards Clough in them.

I saw a blue car today. it was awesome oh and isn't it time Clough was sacked!

Grigg would be a decent signing for us, if we don't get promoted this season.

Meant to be signing for us along with McFadzen. Grigg played well here.

I'm sure he's been suggested before but 20 goals in 44 games at MK Dons last season. Back at Brentford but maybe their new manager might fancy giving him a chance.

Given his record in the third tier we really should be asking about him.

Would be a decent signing for us even if just on loan.

Was a mardy prick at the lane in the season, kicking the advertising boards because he didn't get a decision, fell around a lot won free kicks for no reason against us.

We need someone like that. +1

Just seen he has signed for Wigan, could be a threat in this league, same as last year at MK. Might mean less competition in for Sharp now, however you see that...

Wigan drop to our league and sign the striker we should have been looking at.

Will certainly bag a few goals. We could do a lot worse.

Wouldn't be against this.

Has got goals in him and I'm pretty sure he played the lone role for Wigan when they went up, and we need someone who can do that.

He started last season well but then got injured and came back into a hopeless team and played out of position. I think he could do it at Championship level.

I'd love him just for the song - as long as he scored obviously! But, isn't he similar to Billy? We lack pace and that's about the only thing we do lack up top, we have every other type.

I don't see that as a problem (at the right price) god forbid owt happened to Billy but no one else at the club is 'similar to Billy'. :)

Billy deserves his chance to start this season and I just think that off the bench we need some outright pace, or a super sub like Pesch who was no slouch was he!

Oh of course, I'm not saying Billy won't or shouldn't start, I'm sure he will...I just think Grigg could fit in nicely with how we're set up...

re: Pace...we've faced this problem before and I just don't know who we can get in who is fast, scores goals, is not crap and who doesn't cost an arm and a leg!

Maybe a loan???
