Arblaster

It pains me to say it but it's time for a difficult conversation with him. He's miles off a championship player at the minute. Absolutely terrified of getting tackled. How he's starting in front of Donovan is a disgrace. I hope he recovers his form, but he may need to go out on loan for half a season as his confidence looks shot (as do his legs if I'm honest).
What form is he looking to recover ? The guy has been abysmal for 18 months , before his knee injury he was terrible, he had 2 or 3 decent games in the premier League when we were long long buried that can happen flash in the pan , since then he's been awful he has no strength, no height, no pace , no athleticism , but the fan base hold him aloft like some beacon of light that will drag us from the abyss, he is 1000% the most over rated player I have ever seen in a United shirt bar none

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, he is Louis Reed mkII. Tidy enough, but not got the athleticism and doesn’t stand out in any one area. He’s a steadyish player, but one you carry when you have better players around him.

Wilder is playing Arblaster in every position bar his proper one.

He’s a centre mid, either a 6 or an 8. Instead he’s played him at 10, left midfield and everywhere else.

If it was up to me, I’d fuck off the 30+ year olds with no future here and play Peck and Arblaster every week.

He wasn't awful pre knee injury at all. Other than Hackney, he was the most productive CM in the Championship (progressive passes, progressive carries, chances created. Excellent receiving the ball in tight areas, good leader).

He's looked lost since he came back, but don't rewrite history

Phillips plays his role ( better) so he’s now trying to be attacking Mid. Not working.. real shame but he’s not up to a forward midfield role.
