Wilder is in his last year of his contract, could we see Walker signing on as a player/coach at the age of 37, 27/28 season? Then would be the perfect time to shuffle the set-up to a more "modern approach" bringing in a DoF, alongside a younger head coach, Walker as player/coach even at the age of 37 I think we could get at least a 1/2 season worth of minutes out of him. Jags was 37/38 in his 2nd spell with us in the Premier League and Walker has been at the pinnacle of fitness in a career at the very top level. I think we forget how recent he was a Champions League player, although only a friendly he played for England a year ago against Senegal.
