if burrows goes (rather he didn’t, reckon he’ll get back to form eventually), how has RND been getting on in his loan?

Doesn’t start. QPR mate describes him as ‘ very average’ which is slightly better than our views of him.

He’s started 18/26 matches and 8 from the last 10 so your QPR mate needs to pay more attention!

He’s only been rested when they have three game weeks in the busy Christmas period on the 29th and yesterday when they played lowly Oxford in a three game week. In both cases he still came on and played 17 and 25 minutes respectively.

With 64% starting that surely makes him the go to left back for the team currently sitting in 12th.

Nailed on if Burrows goes (I'd imagine club would reinvest Burrows money elsewhere in squad)

Last night sums Burrows up perfectly. All left footed. Apart from when he goes with his right foot and nearly gives a penalty penalty away.

I know its flw but thought id share.
Another one of those transfers which would probably work out for all parties. We lose our second choice left back, he gets to double his wage and play for a team which will better mask his deficiencies and West Ham will make a £25m+ profit selling Diouf and buying Burrows.

Just a pity it's FLW and therefore made up, really.

Not a great season for him but he still maintained his reputation as a decisive final third player, so he's retained his value and we could get good money for him

If we can then we probably should, but I'd also be happy to keep him. It would be one less position to recruit in

Still good going forward but not really a winger so has to be played in a defensive option and the run lies the issue as he's not good enough defensively.

He allows too much space for the winger to cross and allows the winger to cut inside too often too.

But this could be another Jayden Bogle type moment albeit Bogle was better than Burrows.

didn’t he play left wing for Peterborough rather than left back? That’s probably why we aren’t getting best out of him in defence

Can’t do much with 5m.

Consider selling? Perhaps.

To a now divisional rival for just 5m? You have to be asking for 10m. He does get goals and assists.
Frustrating player. No smaller than Baldock. He should take a leaf out of his book and get hugely ripped fitness wise this off season. Attitude wise he would benefit from a 1000% increase in aggression. Stick a few reducers in, clatter the opposition winger early, run the 50 yards to get involved in a melee. Then the poor positioning won’t be as critical as he has the fitness to recover better and the winger will be shit scared of going near him anyway…

Good delivery and decent goal return but poor defensively. If McCallum can stay fit it's a no brainer.

The quality of his left foot - crossing and striking - is his biggest asset. He clearly felt the pressure of playing in a better league for a poorer side this season. He shrunk a bit. Still hope for him but I wouldn’t turn down a decent bid.
