I hope this works out for the lad. We have had some great strikers, at youth level, who could terrorize defenders of their own age and score for fun, often scoring hat tricks on a regular basis (Osula, Jebbison, Lankshear, Marsh, etc.), only for them to stall slightly when making the step up to the men's game. Maybe it is just lack of senior experience or maybe it's a confidence thing, or a combination of both.

That is a great loan.

Lincoln are flying high.

Rotherham would have been an energy sapping slog as they struggle away as Hamshaw shows his Wednesday credentials.

This is a far better loan and he’ll be wrapped up in the vibe of a team doing well. Hope he can thrive.

In both instances we cut their loans short, stunted their development and probably cost ourselves a lot of potential income in the process.

He will not start at Lincoln but will get plenty minutes when Imps needs to go long when their passing game to the front two to feet isn't working.
Skubala is a good coach and will know how to use Ryan sensibly.
