I’d say the annoying thing is we have quite a few on here that if it’s not an opportunity to moan just disappear. This match day thread would be much longer with the usual suspects all over it if we weren’t winning.

Yep, there's a few on here crying in their beer tonight in their trip to to the Whine & Gripe. Well done Blades.

A lot of the first half was still poor, once they started actually passing to each other it was good. Chong's only good performances have always been on the left, so hopefully we build on the good bits.

Main moan of today was the commentary, after the triple sub at the end, it said Burrows was back in the thick of the action after missing a few months, even though the subs were One, Campbell and Riedewald.

We were mostly shite (especially the 1st 40mins good grief!) but football is all about confidence and momentum so a 3 nil win is most welcome!
Definitely some good moments to work on as well. The build up to the Rothwell chance was a thing of beauty!
Bamford had a really good spell after he got his 1st goal. Special mention to BBD cos I thought he played well today! McCallum had a couple of ropey moments but that’s nick picking a tad!
Overall… that’s a pretty good 1st game back for us after the break… job done!

The first 45 was brain dead shite as expected
One mediocre cross from the left and Bamford turns it in as he does
Funny how easy it is to score when strikers can attack a cross
Computer dies
Eventually get pictures on 82 and 3-0 up
Presumably we got three crosses in.
Last 10+ (game won) we were still shite
BUT 1. Had three (mediocre) CB's
and 2. Donovan on the left

Meanwhile I am happy we won, got a clean sheet, Bamford back in the goals and players returning from injury.

Imo Serki is still the only one I was really excited about coming back in terms of improving us and he isn't yet.

Momentum is key in football. Need to back this up

1st half was dreadful, it was an incredibly poor game & we couldnt have many complaints if lincoln we're 1 up at HT espucally when that header just went over the bar. the only positive was we had managed to scrape a goal

but 2nd half was more like it. after we upped our game, lincoln's dropped & you hope we can see more of that.

better late than never for chong. like tom cannon. i hope chong takes this confidence & builds on it
