He has always been technically one of the best players in the youths and has a real flair to his game but has really struggled to translate consistently to seniors whenever I've seen him.

Hopefully he can progress from here cause he is absolutely fantastic to watch when he is in full flow.

He’s had long enough to get in the gym, basically. He might not be the body type to suddenly become stacked like Seriki - I’m sure it’s not sudden but the contrast between him now compared to when he came through is stark - he should be able to get to a point where he is functionally strong enough.

Some people just dont bulk up no matter how much they work at it.You can bet the fitness coaches will have tried this angle ,you can bet he will be fit though.He will naturally bulk up a bit as he matures ! Which might be right now! George Best was 10 and a half stone with no fat or excess muscle ! What a great player he was .Weight training for fitness is what footballers look for .

Lets see how Louie does at Falkirk i expect him to shine.

I fully agree with you, which is why I made the point about functional strength. He doesn’t need to be massive, but he does need to be strong enough to play men’s football at the highest level.
