I thought that was disappointing for the players to go straight down the tunnel without acknowledging the fans

Did Wilder go to acknowledge the fans? Should be a minimum expectation. Even Selles managed to do that.I thought that was disappointing for the players to go straight down the tunnel without acknowledging the fans
Nah. It's the least you can do.I can understand why they did it....either that or face a torrent of abuse. I'd have done the same tbf.. its not compulsory
Then to stop that abuse from the fans, the players should have put a full shift in. Which they seem mostly incapable of doing away from home second half.I can understand why they did it....either that or face a torrent of abuse. I'd have done the same tbf.. its not compulsory
If we lose he's usually 1st down tunnel, never acknowledges the fansDid Wilder go to acknowledge the fans? Should be a minimum expectation. Even Selles managed to do that.
Fans that leave en masse on 75 mins every home game in non appreciation shocker.Nah. It's the least you can do.
CowardiceI can understand why they did it....either that or face a torrent of abuse. I'd have done the same tbf.. its not compulsory
The majority of fans don’t leave on 75 minutes. The away fans certainly don’t.Fans that leave en masse on 75 mins every home game in non appreciation shocker.
Plenty do. It's not obligatory to clap the fans. I haven't been today but get to plenty away. I often leave at the final whistle win, lose or draw. It's really not that deep IMO. It's all a bit needy. The majority of fans don’t leave on 75 minutes. The away fans certainly don’t.
No, it isn’t obligatory. But it can be a useful barometer of degree of backbone.Plenty do. It's not obligatory to clap the fans. I haven't been today but get to plenty away. I often leave at the final whistle win, lose or draw. It's really not that deep IMO. It's all a bit needy.
It really isn't. Ask the majority of travelling fans across the country.Plenty do. It's not obligatory to clap the fans. I haven't been today but get to plenty away. I often leave at the final whistle win, lose or draw. It's really not that deep IMO. It's all a bit needy.
Not getting into an argument but you can see lack of backbone in performance on the pitch not from clapping the fans. The fans reaction to the inept performance at Ipswich was painful. I can understand why they didn't bother tonight. No, it isn’t obligatory. But it can be a useful barometer of degree of backbone.
If only our manager had played in a team and culture that had a mantra of clap the fans no matter what.
Oh hang on he did. Ask Bob Booker.
The prolonged celebrations at the Sty and Leicester I had no problem eith either at all as it felt like we fostering a spirit.
All feels a bit empty and hollow when barely anyone can be arsed to give the tiniest acknowledgement to a sold out away following on Boxing Day.
WoRKinG ClaSs. Jesus. Football hasn't been a a working class game for 30 years! It really isn't. Ask the majority of travelling fans across the country.
Its been a basic acknowledgement and bit of respect for decades since players earn a decent crust and working class fans pay plenty to follow their team.
Needy ffs.
The majority of fans i see home and away following our club are still very much soWoRKinG ClaSs. Jesus. Football hasn't been a a working class game for 30 years!
They hid on and off the pitch. Bags of cowardice on display. Not getting into an argument but you can see lack of backbone in performance on the pitch not from clapping the fans. The fans reaction to the inept performance at Ipswich was painful. I can understand why they didn't bother tonight.
They killed us on our left, Chong gave Seriki no protectionI do wonder what Wrexham did today that completely outfoxed us.. what was our game plan, what did the players discuss? What did they go over during the week?
If you go home and away you'll know how expensive it is then. Football was taken away from the working man years ago. How many people on minimum wage do you think can afford to go or afford a season ticket? Pay on the day prices are even more preventative. The majority of fans i see home and away following our club are still very much so
Isn’t that our right? They killed us on our left, Chong gave Seriki no protection
