Who'd have thought selling your best players and ripping ya spine out if team, then replacing with shit players that are no fit for the league your in, would have this outcome?

Oh wait, we do know beacuse this summer was no different to prem season under hecky, yet we learn nothing and do it again. Its laughable.

Pigs will beat us twice and stay up..get rid of the lot of them loser spineless arseholes..

I've changed my vote to yes.

I think the league is a much shallower points gap this year (not sure if that makes sense- I mean top will have less points than previous and 2nd bottom will have more) so I think it'll be harder to pull ourselves out of it.

I do get the nagging feeling that the football gods (or luck) are against us. We play well vs Coventry and cooper gets injured, we score rare goals vs Preston and throw that away, Hamer out for a while... or maybe its the poor team thats been assembled.

Gonna be a slog to get us to around 15th to be honest

We are in deep shit .. conceding goals for fun & not offering much threat at the opposite end of the pitch . All this talk of the January window & changes in personnel in between now & then there’s a lot of games and I wouldn’t fancy us picking up much against anyone at the moment. We have all the traits of a relegation side

We are still scoring a goal a game but are not cutting out the mistakes.

Go on, admit it, we played well tonight (well, first half at least) so there's things to be positive about. I refuse to believe we are going down unless it's mathematically impossible to stay up. Keep the Faith ⚔️

I voted yes when the poll first started and despite a few results and a couple of better performances, the answer is undoubtedly a solid yes. Who else is worse than us at the moment?

The table doesn't lie. Worst defence in the league, one of the lowest scorers, most defeats (by some distance compared to the majority) and crucially, we are now starting to run out of teams who we can easily catch.

Making it worse is the fact that the team and manager look completely shell shocked and sapped of any confidence as soon as we concede a goal, which feels inevitable whoever we play now.

The only thing that we can still rely on is time. Lots of games left to grind something, anything out and start to edge away from trouble. But it is going to be one hell of a slog that will require consistency, character and a slice of luck going our way from time to time. None of those things are present as things stand.

We also have Blaster & Hamer coming back and hopefully we can send back 4 loanees, ship out Cannon, A.Davies and Mattos on loan and replace all with better in key positions. Sadly, we are pathetically slow in transfer windows, so unless everything is already ramped up behind the scenes, we are unlikely to do anything like the business we need.

Prove me wrong Blades, but right now, I cannot see us getting out of this, unless things change dramatically.

It’s possible. But I doubt it.

Thinking being this is, by some distance, the worst Championship in living memory where the standard of football is genuinely poor.

We can’t have a bottom 3 squad given the above.

Surely not ?!

You better fucking believe it ....
Can't beat a poor qpr at home
Awful Awful Awful
Very passive

We’ve gone from been a team of brawlers, fined almost half a million quid, to a bunch of lightweights, no bite or desire to actually win the fucking game

Last minute and we’re still twatting about with it.

Team performing below its capacity, wilder seems unable/cant be arsed to motivate them

The performance against Millwall was enough to persuade me that we are going down. The absence of attitude, commitment and character - the minimum requirements, as Dave Bassett said - as we were bullied by an ordinary side told me everything.

I’m amazed, though, that some of our fans still believe that this side are in a false position. A middle-aged Blade walking to the match up Shoreham Street was still insistent that we would finish in the top half. Incredible.

Mind you, I was similarly amazed at how sanguine many Blades were during the amateurish transfer window, and telling those that expressed concern to ‘wait to see how it looked when the window had closed’…

I am very much a happy clapper, but you have to say we are as it stands, one of the favourites for relegation. Whatever improvements there are, the amounts of wins we need for safety this season grows and grows...

Blaster and Hamer back soon. Strengthen attacking options in January. Post and wonder saves. cost us two points today. T’l be reyt.

Yep, clutching and straws come to mind.

The transfer window was a circus act from start to finish. The only decent two players we signed are Tanganga and Mee. The rest? Gash.

I said no to this previously but yes, we are indeed in a relegation battle. I was wrong

You don't struggle to score this much at home and end up anywhere but the bottom third of the table

I think we'll finish about 17th

Taking rubbish he’s played 12 proper competitive games in the championship 3 of which he was rubbish
The cameo in a rubbish team already nailed on relegated from the Premiership was greet for his development as no pressure
He had loads of potential but it will take 7/8 games to see if and how the injury has affected him
And won’t be surprised if we hardly see Hamer again tbh

No pattern of play
Insufficient effort
Mistakes all over
Wilder looks lost, rinse and repeat every game
BDTBL is, indeed, a library despite the only partially full safe standing area

He can say what he likes in his presser, if we're getting bored of listening to him, imagine having to work with Wilder daily.

There is no connection between team, players, management and supporters and I don't trust him with the jtw.

He brings nothing to us any more.

It's horrible.

21st place would be a hell of an achievement with this squad.
...and Manager, and recruitment team.

If the owners don't grow a pair of bollocks, appoint an experienced Director of Football who immediately sacks all the shit management and recruitment team, and then sends the loans back before bringing in good replacements in January, we are finished. I wouldn't be too displeased to see the back of Bettis, too.

I would like to have a fresh start completely next season especially if, as I think likely, we are in a League one. It should be the opportunity for a complete reset of recruitment, players, coaching and Management…

.. however unless he decides to walk I am pretty sure it will still be Wilder and Knilly in charge and Hoyland leading the recruitment team from the local pub tap room again.

I agree and that is the fear.

Do it now and we may still have a chance.

Unfortunately, we most probably won't until it's too late as the owners are totally clueless.

Wilder will have to be prised out of that office next time he goes. He'll never walk, he needs it too badly.
