Brooks is such a useful player with Hamer out.

You can play 3-4-2-1 with him or ask him to drop a little deeper like he was in the PL and play 3-5-1-1.

That should be the line up for the next match, him and O’Hare behind and Ings and Campbell sharing the minutes.

Burrows showed his value there - a reliably accurate left foot. Both goal and assist were difficult to execute and he got it spot on twice

Brooks also lifted us a lot. In most situations he's more accomplished on the left and that's where he should start till Hamer's back

I think he means the subs made a difference, I’d agree. The first goal gave some confidence that has been missing too.

I just don’t see where we go from here with Cannon, they’ve lad looks stripped of ability and his confidence seems shot
