There’s plenty of culpability to share around. Wilder has always been a motivator, but if he can’t motivate this group then who can?

I can’t fault the backing the owners have given in terms of transfers but it seems as if they think it’s as simple as spending a few quid on players and success is guaranteed.

The manager situation has been a blueprint for how not to run a football club and player recruitment is leaving a lot to be desired as well.
