As you say Ings actually showed for the ball to allow Davies and Hamer to make a pass, instead of having a teletubby up front plodding around all game

This is such a obvious example of how confidence plays a huge part in football.

Don't think we have been woeful under Wilder like under Selles but we have no goals in the side really ( hopefully Ings helps when fit)

Last two games you could argue we deserved more points but we are going to come out of them with zero

100% agree on the confidence issue.

It was always going to take time after Wembley heartbreak, but Selles really set that back further.

Can see in the last four games, an improvement. Really should be between 5 or 7 points in Wilders 4 games. Just have to really capitalise on the international break

xG can be disregarded in any game, but it's also more so today for us when a pen is 0.8 xG lol

Remove the penalty from the XG and it sums our creativity up this season

Burrows poor since day one, low on confidence and just come on. Ings should have been designated taker before match if he's on the pitch, taken them his whole career at the top level. He wins the pen and has to take it

Davies was looking for passes, all he saw were the numbers on our players backs.

5 minutes of injury time and we passed it around our back 5. We should be launching it in to the box and making them worry, like when we shit ourselves every time the ball goes near our penalty area.

None of our players run with the ball. The control it, turn, pass backwards. Not one of them wants to run and be proactive. Yet Hull were moving forwards with pace and conviction at every opportunity.

I think we've been averaging that for 12 months now. It's been a long time coming this
