Morning Blades.
Last night at Stoke I put the boys flag out with the others on the netting to the left of the away end (if you were looking at the pitch).
Unfortunately when I went to collect it at the end, it had gone. I asked the stewards who didn’t see anyone take it. It was pretty well tied on with bungees so would have taken some shifting, unless someone just ragged it.
Anyway, it’s not the absolute end of the world, but the flag has been with us home and away all season in what has been a special season for me and my son doing every game together. We’ve had a picture taken of it at every ground for memories sake.
If anyone hears of anything, please let me know. It’s got Birdwell Blades across it, St George’s cross type flag, with our nickname, S70 and a Blades badge.
Thanks everyone.
