A more open game than normal but about the same levels of quality. We didn't create one clear chance and yet are ahead. Stoke had the best chance. McCallum scores but otherwise looks like a pub league player. Moore playing well. Winning a lot of battles as dictating play. O'Hare also lively. Souza and Choudhury have been wank. Wilder playing Brewster on the wing when he has Brooks on the bench is a fucking choice.

Quality has been poor but that's to be expected so no issues there.

I do think O'Hare behind a 2 up top does have potential tho if supported with better quality than what's out there tonight

Choudhury can be scary sometimes fucking hell

What about Campbell clean through and saved by Johansen🤣

And the goal🤣

I find the whole concept of match fitness comically overrated, but if he "needs minutes" then bring him on with 20 to go against tiring opposition.
I’m kind of with you on this: one of my constant frustrations is people complaining that players have played too many games and need resting, yet moaning that rested players lack match fitness.
MAKE UP YOUR MINDS!!!!!

Someone needs a visit to Specsavers 🤣

Yeah, it's a bit like saying boxers need several good punches in the face to get them into the speed of things

Ohare makes a huge difference to how we play constantly showing for the ball and linking play up. Excellent through ball to Campbell early on to set up a good chance. Its criminal that he's been under utilised these last few games. Holding steady reads the game well but we are exposed when they break without Anels pace. Gooch a nasty piece of work should have been booked and had a penalty given against him.

100%

Yes he doesn't shoot much and thus doesn't score much.

But at least he keeps us ticking and always visible in a game.

Bewildered he lost his place in the team in the run up tbh..

And the goal🤣

You can’t really say the goal was created.

It was their player with a freak header (as he didn’t realise it would hit him) that created it.
Then the McCallum header had a slight deflection and was almost straight at the goalie…who for some reason turned it up, over his head into the roof of the net.

You can put that down as one of our luckiest goals of the season.

Think overall we’ve been alright, kind of mid table looking…hoping for moments of quality.
It’s been similar to many of our other away games but without a few regulars we haven’t clicked into gear yet.
Main positives has been O’Hare and Holding, both looking good and determined.
