It's the first time I've ever criticised him.
I believe my view is wholly valid.
We surrendered after the goal tonight.
He'll probably blame the players. When he's utterly to blame.
If he does we can kiss any chance of 2nd place goodbye.
That was totally on him and he should apologise to the players firstly, and then the fans.
 
He will never learn that much is clear only one team wanted to win that game last 20 minutes.

Bang on. Loves to tinker for tinkering sake. They’re professional athletes ffs. They should be capable of playing 90 minutes. Once again he changed literally half the team when we were playing good stuff and in control. Up to that point I thought Leeds never looked like scoring. We lost all our flow and control, we were all over the place defensively.

Big big mistake lengthening his contract, The new owners inexperience showing through there. Wilder bottled it again like he does every big match. Overthinks it and tries to keep all the players happy by giving them game time.

Talks up the opposition too much as well. Farke didn’t have to do a team talk tonight, Wilder did it for him. Leeds are this and Leeds are that. How about bigging our own players up for a change Wilder? The way he goes on he makes it sound like we should be honoured to be on the same pitch as them.

Ha cost us tonight and he’s going to cost us this season. No confidence in him at all.

The irony is if he had bottled it….and gone to 5 at the back for the last 20 minutes….we would have probably got a draw.

They put in loads of crosses and we couldn’t deal with them, really missed the calming Souttar.
Makes you wonder if we should start playing Holding….but it’s late in the season to be experimenting.

Can't fault Wilder tonight. Started with our best available team and had a go.

Every member of this forum would have brought a 70% fit Hamer on for JRS that second half.

Just imagine the grief he would have got if we'd gone 5 at the back at HT and lost.

Could have gone either way in the end. Just a spozzy set piece won it.

You are spot on and I know that you are one of the last to be critical. Hopefully Wilder can rethink things for the 12 game run in. He needs to!

Could have gone either way in the end? You knew it was Leeds all the way when he decided to sit deep and defend what we have.

We were winning at 60 minutes with a high press and he took Campbell off who was brilliant and put a wet lettuce leaf on who couldn’t press a shirt. The game just changed.

JRS off for Holding at 60 and we win that game 1-0.

Cannon only came on because Wilder is desperate to show he’s not another failure in the line of Hogan and Archer who look good at other clubs but are just the wrong mentality for our club.

It's time for the self important tactically inept dinosaur to go.
Id give up any chance of promotion today if it meant we brought a capable manager in tomorrow with a view on promotion next season.
I know that probably means we'd lose Hamer and Souza, maybe even Cooper, but even if we're promoted we're going nowhere with this odious little dwarf in charge.
It's time to get rid.
