We are so fucking shit to watch, just pass it round then lose it. Two wank mistakes- team bereft of confidence, we’ll do well to finish top 6.

I think against the better teams the problems that we have become more obvious. I appreciate some is due to injuries. Robinson is a big, big problem, and for me, always has (opinions I know). Peck less so, but he should be learning this season and has had to be thrown in. We lack something going forward that Sunderland have in abundance - pace, power and directness with purpose. I thought that we learned this lesson many times over. Many, many times over.

What's so frustrating is that we are so slow when we have possession. A lot of the goals we've conceded this year have been them getting the ball forward quickly to the forwards or getting quick balls into the box. When we get the ball we slow it down so much that the opposition have time to get 11 men behind the ball. This means we have to try and score the perfect goal. It's so blatantly obvious I don't understand why Wilder et al haven't addressed it

This defending is fooking woeful. It's like a flashback to last seasons centre halves performances!

Thats the fear.
Robbo and Ahmedhodzic let in so many goals last season, their confidence will have been shot at the beginning of the season.
That's why it was so massively important to bring in Harry Souttar to take control of the defence.

Now that Souttar is out we're back to the Ahmedhodzic and Robbo pairing.
To be fair both are actually quite good......however Robbo is always liable for the odd mistake or 2 every match
and Ahmedhodzic lets his head drop when things start going downhill.

They are both decent but just need a good start to help their confidence.
If they get off to a bad start them they might start having flashbacks to last season.

Because he doesn’t like to admit things like that and he never has

Can someone explain Moore's role up front. He doesn't get any crosses, cause we rarely cross into the box without Burrows, he doesn't hold the ball up well. He doesn't have any link up play with O'Hare or Brewster. Penalty taker, don't. He doesn't run onto a thru ball. So why have him up front? Seriously asking. Seems to be wasted up front if we can not play to his strengths, which are.......?

Plus he’s got burrows on the bench who would be a much better option than mcallum on the current showing
I prefer Burrows myself mate, but he’s obviously just rotating the players he’s got the option of rotating given the amount of games we got in such a short space of time. His hands are tied until we get signings in and players back fit.

Its as though they've been told under no circumstances should they whip crosses in but instead keep possession by playing back and around. Whats the point of playing Moore if we aren’t going to test their defence in the air? He sure as hell isnt going to win a footrace or dribble through them.

Two individual errors from Robinson and Peck. Need to find a way to stop the fast break as Anel and Robbo can’t handle the pace.
Still think there’s goals in this, they also look nervy at the back.
Been impressed with McCallum and Brewster is having a decent game. O’Hare needs to stop with the flicks now.

The fact that their confidence seems to have evaporated in the space of the week does not reflect positively on anybody involved.

Played alright but undone by 3 schoolboy errors.

They get it forward quickly and look dangerous but its been an even game.

Brooks on for Brewster and Hamer into the middle

Senior pros letting us down is incredibly frustrating. Moore with a rubbish penalty and Robinson with yet another clanger. We are so slow with our attacking play - so many times Mcallum could have whipped the ball in with players queueing up in the box and it’s passed backwards. Get Brookes and Burrows on and play with more tempo, please.
