What's that got to do with going to hull to meet up with hull mates ????
Nobody mentioned a scrap, back in the day 80s/90s it was the norm as I attended every game and had a few surprises.
Why are you asking ?
If it was the norm then why were they surprises? ;)

Does the Admrial of the Humber get rammed? Won’t have loads of time pre match so was going to head there for a couple.

Yes mate and very lively at night but never seen an ounce of trouble . Upstairs is the outside beer garden it's beautiful.
Hull lot drink on annalby Road towards the hospital and park which I'd avoid if I was you
The other wetherspoons is in the old town a 15 minute walk away in a beautiful area near hull minster
The brewdog is a five minute walk from the admiral on the quays and its actually built on the water.

Are you rumours on Twitter true that the Hull Whites are taking a firm to the Admiral of the Humber to take on the Blades/Hull top boys?

Bit of a sad response .
As said I don't look for trouble and neither do the hull city lads and if you wobble your head it wasn't the admiral that the Leeds lads on play off day that surrounded me if was on Princess quays
I'm nearly there now and looking forward to a good 5 days in good company especially saturday night .

Shame it's Friday night , Hull is always a good trip ,not too far ,great pubs in the old town and very good fish n chips .
Another decent away day gone .

Heard it from myself. If derby blade wants some I’m right here 🥊🥊🥊🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
Grow up geezer
Showing yourself up .
Football tonight in hull and rugby tomorrow hull v Salford.
Who has mentioned trouble ???
If blades want trouble go up annalby Road near the hospital , plenty of pubs there hull lads if that's the sad life you want .

Hull is a strange place but I like it. All the streets have names like “Land of Green Ginger”.

If memory serves I don’t think I’ve seen us fail to win there either.

I know we used to chant "shity hull" to them but it's actually not a bad place with a rich history . Still has its issues but the place has changed alot since the 80's .
Not a holiday destination but a decent afternoon out .

We had a run in the 80s at boothferry park of 3x
Nil nil draws.

Most of the streets in the old town are named after when the ships used to come home from the spice trail or named after ship captains and admirals .
The pub the black bhoy is so named after William willborforce abolished slavery , his old home, now a museum is opposite.
The pub hull cheese is named after when the sailors used to dock and went on the ale and rum the stronger the better and when drunk people said they'd been on the cheese it's a hull word for ale.

Is there really a pub called the Black Bhoy in Hull in 2024. I thought that sort of racist nonsense had died out in the 80s

Yep and the city are proud of it.
Check ending slavery and it was on hull it ended . William willborforce, Try the museum opposite the pub which is 500 year old so why should they rule history out .
I'm 5 mins at minute

Flashbacks to that embarrassing primary school playground thing they did at Wembley 🫣 rah, rah! 😂
I'm at hull v Salford Rugby tomorrow and having spent 8 out of the last 12 weekends here in hull I can tell you football comes second .
Hull is a huge rugby city , the rivalry between hull kr and hull fc at rugby stems from East and west hull which is divided by the river hull not the humber .
Tomorrow the pibs will be packed with hull fc rugby fans .
They get trouble when meet eachother but also with leeds and used to be Bradford at rugby league .
