Agree with this. In an ideal world you'd have one of them in the middle next to Hamer. The problem we have is who takes Hamer's position further forward while McBurnie is out? Slimane? Traore? Osula?

Our midfield looks like a set of decent players who all met up about 3 days ago.
There's no system, pattern or understanding.

Appreciate many of the players had no proper pre-season but we still look so disjointed.
Surely system, tactics, understanding are all instructions practices in training.
Hecky has plenty of excuses but some of my criticisms are controllable by a manager..

Although the warnings signs were there last season too,...but because we were winning...fans tended to ignore it.
