The big question is what happens to the money. If some of it brings in some youthful and promising players it may stabilise the club. Even if we are relegated. If the money is kept to cover the clubs debts etc I can see some of the logic in that considering how close we came to administration. That's as maybe, but anyone believing his refusal to entertain a new contract wasn't a huge factor here is deluded.

Agree, the fact that he is at Burnley indicates a lack of interest for him from other Premiership clubs.
