1/15 as I am shit at Geography….. and a wank part timer that goes to only a few away games 😀

That quiz is bullshit. The city is called Sheffield UNITED, not just Sheffield.

Susanna Reid?

Yesterday's Football Weekly podcast (which I've just restarted listening to, for rare EFL content) had an impromptu, complimentary chat about Blades 532 with Wilder and Knill. In the midst of discussing Guardiola etc.

An interesting quiz but who on earth reads that failing left-wing / attack the Tories/Brexit/anti-BBC/deviation from their narrative no matter what rag?
Looking forward to seeing a link to the crossword from next Monday's Morning Star and the sudoko from next Wednesday's Socialist Worker :-)

I still read it as a hangover from my student days. Polly Toynbee or Owen Jones are always worth a giggle for trying to blame everything on the tories or Brexit. Today its falling birth rates. Surely Johnson tried his best.

I can’t fully explain it, but there’s always something a bit self-entitled, middle-class pretending to be working-class, I’ve actually got money and a couple of rental houses on the quiet don’t tell anyone, about the Guardian, and it’s readership, to me.

Their football content is normally really good. A mate regularly sends me links to articles which I have to view through private browsing so nobody knows I’m reading that socialist nonsense.

Meh. We tend to gravitate towards the paper which best reflects our pre-existing views back to us. I know how people view the Graun, and I have a similarly prejudiced view of people who read the Mail (reactionary, little Englander, gammon types) or the Telegraph (middle of the road, home counties Tory types).

It has one main benefit, in that the website remains free. I won't pay for it as long as they continue to pay Owen Jones to write for them though.

To bring it back on topic, they do have some very good football coverage.

I don't care about a newspapers politics I just read the bits I'm interested in which is generally the football, cricket, and occasionally film reviews ,

I've just read the review of the new Indy film on the guardian which has basically given most of the plot away
