Good interviews. He confirms he decides the transfers (but the options he has are enhanced by AI) which is essentially no real difference to how it worked before but his lists will be much more varied.

He came across well in the interview.

The balance between implementing his ideas and undoing Wilder's way that's ingrained in many players will be interesting to watch unfold. Selles seems to favour keeping the ball when you can and running with it, or quick forward passes when you can't. Our players have been drilled to get rid as soon as they get it and to always keep possession in doing so, often resulting in sideways and backwards passing.

This for me is key, the people who gather the stats will be able to tell how many times we deliberately passed back rather than attacking last season, with Kieffer Moore unforgivably doing it at Wembley.
