If we do go up then Hecky will be sacked before Christmas. His tactical naivety and inability to change things is his biggest weakness as a manager and it will be his downfall in the Premier League. He refuses to take off his favorites when they're playing garbage or drop them when they're out of form. Why none of Norwood, McAtee or Berge have not come off yet when they've been outplayed and crap all night I will never know.
