Played better than Fleck has done for quite a while, so what players are coming back then?
Fleck, bogle, mcburnie, jebbo, baldock, Stevens Osula RND and Brewster with more time all to add to that squad. I suspect Osborn being able to play couple of places means he'll not make the bench every week

Not sure I understand this love in for him tonight!
Did ok not much wrong but really wasn't progressive at all.
Sideways and backwards all night.
Ok-ish for a first game but we need to see more confidence in both passing forwards and moving forwards.
Imo anyway.

Really, after tonight, Osbourne to start in front of him in midfield??

Had a long injury layoff and a operation, still getting there with fitness so I don’t think we have seen much of what he is capable of, but the little we have seen shows he can play a part in the clubs future.

And Fleck defo can't at present and would need to show a massive up turn in form to do so, when / if gets back.

He did a ronaldo chop to set Osborn off down the left forward in the first half and lots of outside of the foot passes in the first, had many forward passes but you keep on

Looked good tonight. Very assured for his home debut. Some nice tricks and I loved the passion he showed when Billy scored. A real positive tonight. Hecky keeps blooding these youngsters and bolstering the squad.

Played well and looked gutted when we brought him off. We missed Norwood for his demanding of the ball though.

I thought he was very tidy, always ready to receive the ball and played some good passes, especially one delicious through ball to McAtee.

I agree that doing this against Champ opponents is a different thing altogether, but he looked far too good for the Wrexham players tonight. They couldn't get near him.

Kept it simple when he needed to, but was confident on the ball, had a great first touch and got stuck in with a few tackles. I thought he was excellent.

He played some brilliant forward passes in the first half.

Played well. He made me realise that most - if not all - of our midfield players all lack something. Not saying he has it all just seemed to offer something different. Well played lad 🇲🇱

Good first touch, decent control and not afraid to take on his man. He does have something different to him compared to our other midfielders. Seems like him returning to fitness has come at a good time.

That said this performance was against Wrexham. The proof in the pudding is against other teams in this league.

Gives us a different dynamic to anyone else in there so certainly wouldn't mind seeing more of him during the remainder of the season. When I've watched him for Beerschot he played more advanced rather than that deep lying role that he occupied a lot during the first half so he's definitely more to offer.

Good signs and a solid 7/10 tonight.

I thought he was pretty much faultless in the first half up to his stupid last minute booking. Overall very impressed with him.
I'm currently rose tinted around coulibaly but I don't think that was the worse yellow to take, especially when he was probably always coming off

Good debut. He provides something we've been lacking strength on the ball in the middle and the ability to win second balls. Early days yet but definitely needs to be an option from the bench now.

Unfortunately he did have to come off in the circumstances, shame though because it would've been interesting to see him on for the best part of the game, where the urgency in going for the win would have forced him to reveal more
