As well as your support is fucking shit, I look forward to the hilarious
'Is this a library', and maybe the rib tickling 'Sheffields a shit hole, I wanna go home'
To be fair, swop the word Sheffield for any of our destinations and it is the same as what our knobheads sing
sing something simple
You simple twats
A bit like your WHERE WERE YOU WHEN YOU WERE SHIT 🙈🙈🙈Very predictable

What about this team FallowfieldBlade reckon we'd smash em!

------------------Simmonsen

-------- Page ------Morgan------- Edgar

Walker------------------------------------Lowton

---------Williamson-----Tonge-------Brown

------------Shipperley-----Asaba
Who plays between Walker and Lowton? Big gap, that'll be exploited.

I’ve changed my mind we aren’t going up we can’t keep up these awful awful performances and keep up the automatic promotion spot IMO especially with Boro hunting us down

I’m so unconvinced by HMS Paul Southgatebottom I have had a cheeky Acca and if the bet wins I will donate it to a charity of Portsmouth pommpey choosing

Anyway on to the cup , we really need to lose tommroow as my faith in the league has gone and a game against spurs is a hiding to nothing and will only hinder us in our quest for promotion

Anyway here’s my team I would play the U23’s & sharp And rest the lot

I don't know if you're a Blade and pig wummer, but you do add a specific 'element' to this forum.

I just can't seem to put my finger on it 🤣

I see that SUFC have banned our supporters from bringing a drum. That is gamesmanship at its best!
Its David Vs Goliath tomorrow on the pitch. It would be funny if the Blades office staff are busy paper recycling on Wednesday morning!

Drums are just annoying and them lot use one.

When our atmosphere is on it can be red hot on. We haven't had that this season much at all. Despite some fans saying it's been not v.good though we have had some matches with decent atmospheres.
I doubt it will be much from us tomorrow so I'm expecting you lot to be the more vocal anyway.

As for printing tickets, for spurs match. When you buy a ticket it is allocated to your name and account number. So they are printed as each sale is made.
They don't just print out tickets like in the past so no we won't have started printing tickets.

Good, you shouldn't need a drum to create an atmosphere and it'll be less annoying.

Why would some random in laws know about printing tickets? That's not quite how it works :)

absolute rubbish wrexham fans just trying to stir their team and fans up for the game no way were printing tickets for spurs if we win especially if they knew our ticket office if we turn up on the night we win comfortably if we take wrexham for granted we could lose was very impressed with them in the first game

Few things I’d expect to see from this game:

1. You have to put Davies in goal. Anything less and you may as well talk about paying him off. Needs a chance to put in a good performance. Probably just a bit rusty. Played a lot for Barnsley, Stoke and Wales and need to give him a chance.

2. Pick Bash and rest Anel. Apart from being clattered by Osborn(!), he doesn’t seem fully there after his illness. I’d stay clear of 2 games a week right now.

3. Rest Lowe. Osborn another who hasn’t been amazing, but it’s really important that Lowe is fit for the next league game and we can pick up three points.

4. Pick Coulibaly. He’s had a couple of cameos now. If you aren’t going to start him at home, away from the league, against non league opposition, when are you going to give him a start? We’re short on bodies, he has to be given game time to become an option.

5. In the absence of Doyle, get McAtee running at them on the Bramall Lane pitch.

6. Start Billy and use McBurnie and Ndiaye in short spells so they can start against Swansea.

I’d be looking at something like this:

Davies
Basham Egan Robinson
Bogle Coulibaly Norwood McAtee Osborn
Sharp Ndiaye

Subs: Foderingham, Sachdev, Clark, Lowe, Berge, McBurnie, Marsh
Anels suspended, although no one has picked up on it
2 yellows in the Fa cup in consecutive games = 1 game ban

Not forgetting that old favourite, “You’re just a shit sheffield pigs.”

Well according to some I’m fallowfields mother so in my eyes he’s a legend WUM and definitely not a pig 🤔

You need to charge your phone.

That raises a topic. Might get lost in the matchday thread.

But I thought bookings were not competition specific. You get to 10 by a cut off point you miss the next two games.

If one is a cup game and one a league game then so be it, regardless of where they were accumulated.

Look at Jebbo. He was sent off in the cup. But he's missing two league games this week, not just being banned for the cup.

Appreciate European competition is different but I didn't think domestic was.

Where have you got this from regarding Anel?

Anels suspended, although no one has picked up on it
2 yellows in the Fa cup in consecutive games = 1 game ban
In knockout competitions 2 yellow cards in consecutive games equals a suspension for the next game correct.

However it is competition specific for accumulating yellow cards and the suspension that goes with it.

Red cards are different as they are served across all competitions regardless.

(Anel didnt even get a yellow card against Wrexham in the first game so its redundant anyway)

Can't just leave things as they are can they? Someone has always got to be tinkering with the rules, haven't they?

Some interesting stats coming up should Wrexham pull off a shock

Even if you don't win, still some impressive stats especially scoring/shooting wise.

As I said earlier going forward ur a very decent team but if we concentrate on that we will get punished.

However your defence and keeper look very vulnerable almost every game.

I'm really not sure what approach we take here.

The last cup game was far from fluid from our side and we got dragged into an attritional sort of game which typically would suit a team lower down... No offense.

Our number one priority almost always seems to be not to pick up injuries which of late seems to lead to us doing enough in games but not more than that. Maybe that is far too harsh but it seems that if we can beat a team in 3rd gear then we won't risk overstretching ourselves by pushing it up to 4th. That said, when we got up to 5th gear, we gave Burnley an absolute hiding.

Also the team selection at the moment will not be a case of playing a weakened side but simply rotation on a combination of who is coming back from fitness and needs game time, who generally needs more game time and who is likely to need to be rested up.

So it's a little pot luck.

I'd say our best XI right now, ignoring longer term absentees Brewster and Norrington-Davies is probably this:

Foderingham
Ahmedhodžić Egan Clark
Bogle Norwood McAtee Lowe
Berge McBurnie Ndiaye

That will look like Norwood deep, McAtee and Berge advancing and Ndiaye as a second striker just off McBurnie.

I'd envisage 3 changes minimum.

1. Davies is in for Cup games
2. Ahmedhodžić took a slight knock and I think Basham will come in for him.
3. Sharp will probably start with Ndiaye/McBurnie and whoever doesn't start will do a stint as sub.

I can also envisage:
1. Lowe not risked so Osborn will play.
2. Robinson will come on for Clark who is being reintroduced after injury or may start and then Clark enter as sub.
3. Coulibaly will have some minutes. If they decide to start him then Berge will probably be on the bench.

So it could be few changes or half the outfield changed based on fitness. Either way, these are all players who featured in the matchday squad on Saturday. Nobody in the starting XI will be randomly thrown in from the U21s, I don't think, so it will be a respectful team.

I'd imagine on our seemingly bigger pitch we'll hope for the game to settle down, starve you of possession and tire you out.

You've done magnificently to get this far. We should win at home though most are still prioritising not picking up injuries and ruining the league form over any sort of glory run. In fact if offered a win vs Swansea and a defeat to you or vice versa I could well imagine we'd prefer the league points! Though we are allowed to be greedy and want both!

Cant stand that last bit of the acca, probably confirming Fallowfield's pork status as I dont think any true Blade could countenance winning money off the back of any success that lot might cheat their way to.
You never bet against the blades pretty bad that

I very much doubt sufc have already started printing Spurs tickets. When it comes to organising ticket sales we're about as efficient as Liz Truss wearing a blindfold.

Good, you shouldn't need a drum to create an atmosphere and it'll be less annoying.

Wrexham fans are proving to be as deluded as Wednesday fans.
Printing tickets, FFS 🤣

Got that spectacularly wrong 😣
I overheard a couple of old boys talking about it on the Sportsman coach coming back from Wrexham
Should have done the research myself!
Also - wx bookings in the cup means sod all. Its a domestic competition so he needs 5 bookings in total.
In the same way Jebbison was suspended in the league, not the cup
