It is and you are correct - however, farming out this kind of work, to a ruthless agency, who has no care whatsoever to it's staff, the service and the customer experience, is unfortunately, the norm today. The staff feel unappreciated, get paid a pittance and then leave, the company has a high turnover and so has little interest in staff welfare. The staff hate the agency, the agency hate the staff.
I know it's not a full time career or has any hope for long term development, but would it really be a bad thing for SUFC to employ happy staff, in a nice work environment with decent pay, so the customer can get served in a 'happy efficient manner"?
Even if it's just pulling pints at half-time?
