Gone from the strongest defence in the league to Blackpool carving us open at will. Bash hasn’t looked anything like the player we’re used to this season although the lack of protection from the midfield is unreal. We need Anel back starting matches asap.

Although defensively we've been very poor you have to give credit to Blackpool, they've been full of energy, they've attacked with purpose and they're good for the draw at the moment

Robinson on for Ozzy who's looking rusty and RND goes to LWB

Anel on for Bash who also isnt having the greatest game either

Attacking side of our game has been really creative and clever today, just our defence been shocking.


Side note, Fodders seems a little flat footed and not coming out to claim crosses anymore and boss his 6 yard box...not sure, just doesnt seem quite with it lately.

Scrappy and mixed first half. Both defences are terrible and both team look capable of scoring every time they go forward without really testing the keepers that much.

Basham and RND have been diabolical. RND gave away the three kick stupidly with his own laziness for the first and then got completely done for the second. I'd take him off, or at least take Osborn off and move him out wide. Basham has made a string of bad decisions and error. Both terrible. Osborn has been poor. The defensive side of the midfield has been poor. Norwood giving it away. Marking is shocking around our box with Blackpool players not being challenged.

Upfront has been poor. Sharp started well and created the goal but then seemed to regress. Ndiaye just runs into challenges and is too week. As usual, can't fault his workrate and pressing but need to be much better on the. Good to see McAtee score but then deservedly getting booked for a blatant dive. Doyle has probably been our best player but even he looked poor as the half went on.

We need to be much more solid at the back second half. I'd be tempted to make a couple of changes at half time.

I'd be tempted to bring McBurnie on for Sharp. We need height as well as more upfront. Also take Osborn off, move RND across and bring Anel on. Although just tempted to take RND off as he's been terrible.

2-2 at HT we were winning 2-0 defence all over the place. Basham ball watching for their second plus he’s given it away dangerously not the player he was so far this season. Since Abel’s been injured defence has been very poor. Anel on at HT Bash off then Ozzie off for Robbo

Norrington-Davies first off completely rushes into a challenge, which he comes up short on, then for whatever reason the entire central defence has fallen asleep against a guy who scored in the last game and had just scored the first.

As for the first, we still seem to think stopping crosses into our box is optional. Then again we somehow contrive to have the smallest player on the pitch against their centre forward.

Pretty brain dead.

That said, I doubt they can play better. We can play far better.

Basham off Ahmedhodžić on. He will add far more to both attack and defence.
