That's a rubbish starting 11. You need some more right footed players in there. 6-3-1 formation though could work wonders - we've been waaaay too attacking recently.

I'm only aware of O'Connell who's going to be out for the season. Possibly Coulibaly and Sharp too.
The rest of the squad I hope will be returning after the World Cup break, or January.
There is so little communication re: timescales though so who knows.

I assume O’Connell is done as our player unless we offer him a new deal. As for the other 4, I mean they haven’t been fit to play so far this season.

RND is our only left-footed defender.
The other fit ones are Furious , Bash , Anel , Egan & Gordon.
So that's 6 in total.
So the only defensive sub we can name is Gordon.
In our situation , I've no idea why we were trying to send him to Tranmere.
At the moment we have to play Anel out of position , which is not ideal.
An injury to RND would be devastating , leaving us with no natural leftsided defender.
An injury to any of the others means that we can't name a defensive sub.
This is ridiculously bad luck - the footy gods must already be at work.
I appreciate that there's no money tree , but can we afford to leave ourselves in such a precarious position ?

I'm not overly concerned either, but we lose a bit of balance going forward with Anel on the left side.
Basham has also not been defending very well for a little while now. He's still ok at last-ditch stuff but positionally he seems to be getting caught out and doesn't deal well with crosses.
As you say, we are down to the bones. I don't think we have a viable cover option for any of the positions should we get one more (and it seems inevitable that we will at this stage).
Kyron Gordon was League 2 bound before circumstances dictated he was needed here.
There are 7 games in October, so I'd be really concerned if the problem doesn't start to resolve itself a little more before then.
Hopefully we're scouring the free agent market.

I mean it has already been established that Sheff Wed > Spurs
So by definition of attendance and league placing, ergo:
Sheff Utd > Sheff Wed > Spurs
