Why would he fuck off for nothing? He’s under contract till 2024.Money talks in any walk of life, let's see £15m or fucks off for nothing a year later?
You could stick De Brunye in with Fleck and Norwood and he’d look average. If he's sold, he will absolutely shine in another team. He 100% needs more quality around him.
Yes he was in media pictures, on twitter earlier
I apologise! I don't use twitter, and as far as I saw, there was no sign of him on FB, Instagram or the official release video/images I saw from the club.Apart from him being in the kit release pictures
Whisper it quietly, but Norway didn't qualify for the world cupAbsolutely. If the Norwegian international manager is serious about not taking him to the World Cup unless he leaves us then it'll only be a matter of time until.he does anyway. Let's not leave it until close to the end of the transfer window when it's too late to sign a replacement or reinvest the money. Sell him as he walks away on a free next summer anyway.
Take £15-18mil now and spend that on 2-3 new midfielders.
I can't believe West Brom got Swift and Wallace for free.

Now that is utter bollocksYou could stick De Brunye in with Fleck and Norwood and he’d look average.
I thought 2023 my bad but he'll be sold for less than £20m no doubt about itWhy would he fuck off for nothing? He’s under contract till 2024.
Sell Berge for qhat we can get he looks no where near a 20m player a few nice passes and the occasional run is not good enough. 15m will get us 2-3 quality players that will want to be here
It's not argumentative, it's your opinion, so don't sweat it.I really don't mean to be argumentative, but Rolls Royce? Sorry, the jury has been out on him for me, but if that's how he starts the season - one which has him firmly in the shop window - well, he's no Rolls Royce.
No one is going to be close to our valuation if he performs like that against decent opposition. It's ok bullying weaker teams at home, but Rolls Royce players step up the bigger the game/oppo...
It was a shameful lack of effort on his part. He clearly has the ability which makes it even worse.Berge was absolutely fine tonight and was frequently in positions to receive the ball, if the shit around him can't find him that's not Berge's fault
blimeyHecky, listen to me owd lad, sign a fuckin CDM will you? One that is better than Norwood, Fleck and Ben fuckin Osborn. That was a tepid display
You get what I mean surely to fuck? If I thought you’d take it literally as De Brunye would be average I’d have used someone else more suitable to make my point but I honestly thought people were bright enough to work out what I was saying. Berge is too good for the players in the midfield around him, they bring him down to their level, stick him in a midfield with top quality players and he will be top quality player. Now that is utter bollocks
Agree...maybe put him in the playmaker roll? Would be nice to have one. How's his pointing?Berge was absolutely fine tonight and was frequently in positions to receive the ball, if the shit around him can't find him that's not Berge's fault
Berge did his usual 3 runs into their box and also proved he still can't head a ball or tackle. £25m haha wouldn't pay 25 Bob for himFleck / Norwood / Berge
Khadra / Coulibaly/ Arblaster
Surely we've got to give it a go as the usual suspects haven't delivered consistently for two and a half seasons now, albeit there have been injuries along the way. We can't keep doing the same things with the same players. As the saying goes "If you do what you have always done, then you will get what you have always got." In our case an inconsistent midfield with 0 threat to opponents who create a gulf between themselves and the strikers and offer them nothing in support or creativity.
They'll be there or thereabouts if they hold on to their front 3.Got to be one of the worst performances from a team who didn’t seem to have any direction or ideas. Half time we should have made changes not wait until the 70 minutes mark. we just didn’t seem interested beat by a poor team that will finish mid table
"Probably the only criticism - because the effort was there - is we were a little bit shot-shy and I would have liked to have seen us put the ball in the box a little bit more."
That's Hecky's only criticism? So his game plan went to plan and he's satisfied with what he saw?
Correct , if he had the heart and bravery of Ndiyae then the sky would be the limit.Berge lacks the desire to be a top player unfortunately, he always takes the easy way out and doesnt bust a gut to get there
