I must be insane getting involved in this argument but here we go...
The issue people had with "template" kits is that Adidas would take a shirt they already had, they usually had 3 or 4 per season, and just put different coloured fabric in the various panels that make it up. Now, when you have a shirt made up of 7 or 8 different panels with 3 or 4 collar designs the "template" stands out a mile. Our last premier League kit for example was the same as Sweden's 2020 kit just with different colours. You can spot this by the long cuffs on the sleeve, and the strange way the v neck meets the front panel with a curved hem separating separate shoulder panels.
Now, the reason this errea kit is causing confusion is that it's literally a crew neck t shirt with no unique features at all. So the actual shirt itself cannot really be "bespoke" in the sense that other teams have the same basic fabric pattern as the Lincoln example posted above. It's unique yes, because we obviously have a custom pattern printed on the material but then, we had that with Adidas on a couple of occasions including last season.
So, I personally wouldn't say this is bespoke to be honest.
