Only logic. I think if it does happen then some need to temper their expectations. Unless Berge leaves I don’t think he makes the starting 11 for the opening games, he’ll be an option from the bench.

Surely hes MGWs direct replacement not berge. I would think he would be starting (if fit)

I agree with everyone that he looks a very exciting and technical player but his end product isn’t there so I don’t think he’ll be an instant MGW replacement in terms of impact he might need a bit of patience and time. However it’s a gamble well worth taking on a player his age with his obvious skill

Would be a cracking signing if permanent! I think we all need to learn to be a bit more patient with younger players and your probably right regarding him starting from the bench but with the 5 subs rule being introduced the quality on the bench will be more important than ever before

This lad has promising but he’s incredibly raw and inconsistent he’ll have a much better chance coming off the bench against tiring defenders than from the start.

Doyle isn’t really a CDM though, he’ll roam further forward, and Berge and Ndiaye will get up in support of Rhian

I'd be a lot less enthusiastic if it were a loan.
He's very raw by all accounts and we'd just be developing him for Brighton.
It could still be useful in the short-term, but if we are loaning I'd rather we went for game changers who walk into our XI. I'm not sure Khadra is that player (yet).

Well there's nothing in the rules to stop us doing that. Someone has to where the 'keeper's jersey I think but we can deploy them where we want.
