I'd say those listed first up all need meaningful league loans if they are going to step into the breach when the current seniors outlive their usefulness.The likes of Dewhurst, Gordon, Lopata, Boyes, Gomis, Neal, Seriki are all going to be 20/21 years old next season. If they are going to make it at this club they need to be pushed into the first team set up for pre season. Gives the likes of Arblaster, MaGuire, Peck, Hackford and Lankshear more chances to play regularly in the u23s and aid their development.
Those younger ones need to be in and around the first team, training with them. Take the occasional 6 weeks in Non League here or there to help advance them. I can see a couple breaking through.
