I love swearing But the reason that type of language is useful is because of its impact. When every other word is an expletive they lose their impact and their usefulness. Less is more and all that.
Also, reading and listening to swear-filled speech is unpleasant because meaninglessly inserting the word fuck before every fucking word doesnt fucking convey any more fucking information and feels uncomfortable to read or hear as your brain is having to filter out all the junk it's receiving, in this case roughly half of the information that's coming in.

There is a presumption that bail is granted to everyone unless one of 3 conditions apply - you are likely to abscond, you are likely to commit further offences or you are likely to interfere with witnesses.

Precisely - the fact that Ched has proven on many occasion that he has the first touch of a rapist is also no indication of guilt - apart from crimes against football.

Thank you for that basic legal guide to the Bail Act. As is pointed out above you missed out for your own protection.
In practice bail is usually withheld for serious sexual offences but as I have frequently argued with some success the strength of the prosecution case is a factor the judge can properly take into account.

I couldn't give a xxxx about the chants. Most football chants could be deemed to be offensive in some way. I don't take the lyrics of any chant too seriously. It's a football match not a church service. People need to lighten up. And if Ched scores the winner at the Sty, he can definitely shag who he wants.
