I was pissed off against Norwich as I thought even with illness and injury we should have been putting them to bed, I thought they were shite. Some disagreed and that's fine, it's all about opinions. Today on the other hand, I think we have every right to vent about that fucking shit show.

First half was dull with us pushing forward at the start, missing a good chance but looking at least like we might nick it as they had nothing to worry any decent side. Second half and what the fuck was that 😱😱😱 We gave the ball away constantly, we never once thought about the high press, just the tried and tested failure of sitting deeper and deeper, inviting them on until they get the inevitable first goal and it's game over. That was classic Wilder, no enterprise, no energy, just sit back and wait. We never won a second ball, we had four against one at one bit and they came away with the ball. They ran about a little bit making space, we were like fucking statues watching average players take the piss.

Not good enough that, if you get the shirt, even if you're not 100% you 'have to fucking die for it'. Too many passengers, and in two games all the momentum has gone. What a fucking millstone Sheffield United is, 60 plus years of this is beginning to wear me down.

Had some debates with some about illness. Bollocks. Wilder wrong team selection two games in a row and players playing like they don’t give two fucks. Sad to say but a young sydie peck is carrying em from a leadership perspective.

Yeah it was interesting that despite the illness we still had a normal bench on Tuesday. I did wonder if he’d felt he could put out a fringe side and beat Norwich.

I am accepting the illness excuse though for the last 2 games, just because of the dramatic drop off and will see how we go against Birmingham

We created chances in the first half and did not take them, playing against a very average WBA team.
They turned up in the second half, we thought we would have it easy and did not put in the hard yards, terrible mental approach to the second half which cost us the three points which after the first 45mins were there for the taking. Hopefully we will have learnt a lesson

My fault.

Been there for the last 6 and had us unbeaten. Cracks were showing against Norwich after the lads had heard I was flying off.

Prior service resumed once I’d touched down!

Annoying though isn’t it? After one of the lost compete performances of recent times the football Gods send a plague to the team and the one guy who is really coming good, Peck, is now injured. Can’t we have nice things? Just as we are getting Arblaster back too.

Even so, you don’t always have to be at your best to get something. One goal was a foul and we had a penalty it given. That might have got us a point.

The Ruben Sellés team is back as seen against Preston, Leicester and others, last night after half time the player take the night off. Could have been 4 up at half time at full time we could have lost 4-0 lucky it was only 2. Fully agree with Wilder's post match interview if the players think at half time the game is won they need to be at another club. He and the recruitment team need to be very busy in time for the JTW this team is miles off it.

It’s you’re last sentence where the problem lies.

Hahahahhaha

Have you been around for our January transfer windows? 2 loans on last day if we are lucky

Agreed that was one of the most disgraceful performances ever.

They thought they'd made it after last Saturday the last two games have been utter wank and can we stop blaming the "schedule" its same for everyone except our fitness levels are shit
Fitness levels were a huge problem last season too.

While CW is busy angrily deflecting everything poor on to the players, again, it's high time he took some responsibility too and the coaching team sorted the fitness issue out.

He's part of it and the 'proper Sheffield united performance' is his responsibility even when it doesn't come off. That's real leadership though.

He talks absolute bollocks. Deflect responsibility is his aim.

its amazing the number of qualified mecical staff pontificate on here
obviously none of them have ever had the squits
we were ok first half but wilted 2nd half
try running around for 96 minutes with clenched buttocks , its awfully uncomfortable

8 days to next match , bet we look a different team

I heard in commentary last night that we're currently creating substantially more chances than we did last season, a season where we got 92 points, we won so many games 1 nil, I dont know exactly what that means but it seems we were more clinical last season, our defence was stronger, or our midfield was better at stopping and this season our midfield is better at creating, or a combination of all of them. Last season we all moaned that we weren't very ambitious and we just defended leads without going for the throat, and I suppose this season is the opposite, but successful teams both defend leads and still attack
