Been told today categorically it won’t be Jokanovic. Supposedly they’ve spoken to him but he didn’t interview well. (Nathan Hemmingway eludes to this when he says he was the least prepared due to his contract just ending)

I have no reason not to believe this source, however if Jokanovic is appointed I’ll never share any rumours again .

For me he has now earned a neutral position. His Forestieri for record fee story will always leave a mark on him IMO.

Great appointment. At least with Slav's style of football, we should be good going forward, even if we lose solidity at the back.
