How long do you give the manager ?

He may not be the greatest manager (we will have to wait and see ) but his press conferences are so much better and much less embarrassing than CW’s this season.
He also clearly answers the questions asked.

Could get the best manager around still might not work or could get an absolute nobody and it works, managers are like transfers some go well others don't it's luck of the draw.

But should they take a risk, like I suppose they did with Mr Wilder, or go for an established name ?
Also it's a big world, they may even go abroad, because who ever they choose will have a blank sheet to work with , he can even bring in his own backroom staff.

During a pandemic and no fans in the stadium. It’s not a proper season. Liverpool’s form shows that.
So just the Blades and Liverpool then? Everybody else seems OK.

Yes injuries and lack of fans has affected us more than most but all it's done is expose the real lack of quality across the team.

Keep Jack and Egan, the rest is up to the new guy.

There will be a campaign to get the manager sacked from the day he is appointed.

Some people never forgave Norwood for replacing fans darling Coutts, the guy replacing Wilder. has no chance,

That depends who it is
Fans aren't nearly as stupid as you think they are

If the next manager is a statement of intent the fans will back him

If he's the cheap option or a Hecky Tindall combination they'll be up against it from day one,

It won't be them that the fans have a problem with, it'll be the club itself, but they'll be the fall guys

Perhaps Howe (or someone else) thinks that it would better, psychologically, for the players to have a fresh start and clean slate in the summer. That makes sense to me. Supposing it were true, Howe (or someone else) could still keep a distanced eye on things and could even have one of his close colleagues join the squad for some hands-on experience with the players, reporting back on characters, attitudes etc., ready for some swift decisions in June.

Gone to Celtic?

I think it's been a f*cking weird season all round, Malmo.
We're doing well & that ain't normal...
