Ramsdale playing like a beast.
Fleck looking fully fit and putting in 110%
Bryan cemented place and finaly got continuity while JOC is out.
Norwood looking more mobile, put in more sliding blocks and tackles last couple games than entire last 2 seasons and somehow seemingly finding more space on ball again.

Berge JOC Bogle around the corner for return from injuries

It's the hope that kills ya, but the fat lady ain't singing yet lads.

They'll make a movie about this one day!
I, too, am addicted to poppers.

All I'm saying is Southampton right now are absolutely shot to pieces, no reason we cant go into the game not confident of getting a result.

Win that and its 5 wins in 11, which is as close as u can get to winning half remaining fixtures, which is what everyone been banging on is the type of run we would need to stay up... 🤷‍♂️

We went through all this after the WBA win, but I'm afraid the shockers v WHU and Fulham have well and truly put paid to any chance of the Great Escape.

And WBA and Fulham both lost tonight. We had chances in the last few weeks to actually do this but we blew them, particularly in the games you mention.

6 wins, 2 draws may well be enough this season. The wins would be more likely against Southampton, Arsenal, Brighton, Palace, Newcastle, Burnley. Draws at Leeds and Wolves. Losses to Spurs, Leicester, and Everton.

If we didn't have the injuries we might have a chance, but as someone else said I'd be happy with 20+ points now. Norwich got 21 last season so it would be nice to get more than them.

no not going to happen 2 good results tonight for us though but a win against southampton and we would still be in with a chance of catching west brom and fulham which would be an unbelievable achievment after all the injuries and where weve been all season

Well I reckon we can catch Liverpool. Thrashed 7-2 at Villa and 5 home defeats in a row. COYRAWW. Grrrr 😖

Yep. Fine margins are costing both teams. We should be level with them.

I mean we are, frankly, but I'm happy to pretend because I think Southampton are there for the taking. Form wise we couldn't ask for a bigger opportunity for 3 points.
There, I've jinxed it.

Can we just overtake West Brom and not finish bottom. I’d be glad to see Big Sam/ Mike Bassett take them down and ruin his record, cant stand him !

We’ve got to win 4 games and Newcastle lose 5 for us to catch them 😂 we’ve won 4 all season.
That's why it's called a transformation in form
Liverpool went 2 years without losing at home but have now lost 5 on the bounce
Barnsley escaped relegation on the last day last season but have just won 7 on the trot out of nowhere
Leicester escaped relegation on the last day then won the prem title so form can change . What odds were they for leicester to win the title in august

Win on Saturday and we lift off the bottom as West Brom play on Sunday .
Could be a real lift in mentality for the squad

We probably need 35 points to stay up which leaves us 21 to get in 11 games. In any kind of universe, parallel or not, that ain't happening. I like your optimism though

We will overtake West Brom if we win on Saturday.

A day later they play Newcastle. We need to hope for a draw or a West Brom win, even though (presuming we get 3 points v Southampton) anything other than a Newcastle win would put us bottom again
